Polyurethan Corniches

Mena Country produces high-quality polyurethane products designed to withstand weather elements, resist sunlight, and feature 3D details with a protective polyethylene layer. The decorative materials, crafted for professionals, embody the European classic style with luxury, elegance, comfort, and romance, and are stable against moisture, mildew, and insects. These lightweight and flexible products are easy to clean, prepared for painting, and do not crack, stretch, or shrink when exposed to heat or cold, making them suitable for various ceiling designs.

To install, measure the walls and add 10% to 15% for waste, ensure the surfaces are clean and dry, and mark the installation line with a chalk line. Screw a support border for the cornice during installation and start at the most visible corner. Apply adhesive along the edges and butt ends, scrape off excess, and align the cornice to the chalk line. Reinforce with screws or nails every 750 mm, fill and smooth holes and joints, and allow 48 to 72 hours for the adhesive to cure. Before painting, inspect and fill joints, and use only acrylic paints for polyurethane cornices.
